I was playing Fruit Wrap when I got 4 cherries and the bonus spin started. I was lucky to get good multipliers and combinations so I expected the bonus to result in at least x200. However, when the stripe under the was coming to its end, I think I needed a 2 or 3 more cherries to reach the final multiplier, an error appeared. I know that it happens occasionally, and usually everything is fine, like in NetEnt games here it happens quite often, but Fruit Wrap, apparently, is a different kind of slot as when I reopened the game there was no bonus. The game recorded only my previous losing spins but not the last bonus spin. I contacted support and as they said they forwarded by appeal to the software developer but in 3 weeks they answered that everything was fine with the game and they couldn’t see any evidence of this bonus round. I understand, that this is the problem of software, at least I believe so, but this was a bad trip for me.

I didn’t stop playing at BetSafe after this but no more Fruit Wrap and other Thunderkick games for me.

The list of games is amazing, including games from my favorite provider WMS. The payouts are fast. First deposit bonus is great.

But other bonuses are a problem. They keep sending me emails with some private offers. But when I follow the link from the message, nothing happens. I tried contacting support and they said they couldn’t see any bonus offers available for my account. Then they asked for the text of the message and after that the screenshot. I sent them everything and they promised to return back to me. They really contacted me but only to tell me that there were still no bonus offers for me. They could offer me at least some compensation for waste of my time. This thing repeated several times.

In general, the casino is one of the best but this case with emails and support is weird.
