First impression: wow, they got Novomatic! In fact, the choice of the games isn't that great, unfriendly (for me) interface. Didn't order a cashout so can't say anything about that.

Another good website to play. Raised by balance from $30 to 1100 playing Book of Ra Delux. The money were sent to money card in 3 days after the withdrwal had been aproved. Be careful, if you self-exlude yourself from Casumo, you get automaticaly excluded from other their brands, namely Coral and Ladbrokes, which is exactly what happened to me. Though I didn't know that, they won't allow me to play at these websites and return back all my deposits. This happened when I won $900 at Coral and ordered cashout. They voided my winnings and returned all deposits which was less than I won on my last deposit.

Their casino races is fun. I like the way they do it: short races, limited number of spins, decent prizes. Many games, many promos, no withdrawal issues, good website, but… why would they allow us to have our accounts only in euro? I understand that they expect European players first of all but I am used to using USD for online gambling that’s why I have most of my payment accounts in USD. I’ve lost quite a lot on FX conversion rates due to that. I could lose it at this casino which would have been the way better. That’s unfriendly and not wise.

Such a cute website! This Casumo man jumping around the screen is so sweet :) But this is only a shell. Inside the website is even better. Live chat is very supportive. I had some troubles with them, but not due to Casumo’s fault; in fact, it was fault of payment system. It took a while to solve it but they helped me when they could say that it was not their business and send me to handle this myself. But they helped and I am very thankful for that.

Range of games is the best without questions. Having Novomatic in the same place with NetEnt, Microgaming and many other providers is unprecedented!

The only thing I would add to this website is fast access to your favorite games. I wish they had favorite tabs or something to improve user’s experience a bit.

I would agree with the rest but customer support spoils the whole picture. They try to sound funny or cool, I don’t know, but in fact they sound foolish and rude especially when they are not capable of solving players’ problems. This is exactly what I faced at Casumo. I don’t recommend playing at Casumo if you don’t want to be treated like that.
