Won a little, ordered a cashout, still Waiting Approval. Looks like cashouts are not that fast. Good thing is that you can't cancel withdrawal.

Dunder is good. Normally, first withdrawal takes longer than the others but you have no reasons to worry.

I'm here to warn all players who don't have any documents in English.

Played at Dunder for a whiile, mostly at their Live BlackJack tables, and lost about $500. During my last try here, about 7 days ago, deposited $200 and doubled it. After I requested the cashout, recieved verification request from them. That was where the fun began. The verification service works as following, you decide whether to play here or not: I sent them scan of my passport + utility bill photo + Skrill account screenshot. Soon I recieved an email saying that my documents were accepted but they still wanted my ID and Skrill screenshot. They didn't provide any special requirments or anything else to tell me what was wrong. So I had to contact live chat where they told me they didn't like that I had covered numbers in my passport. I made another try, even though I didn't like the idea of sending my passport with all information visible but I recived another email sating that something was wrong with it. And again they didn't specifit what was wrong. Again, I contact live chat where they tell me that they need ID in English!!! Where should I get this ID in English???

Michael: The relevant department is requesting an ID in English. I’m afraid they could not accept your passport.

They mean that official ID in the language of my country IS NOT ENOUGH! I haven't recieved my money and I have no idea what to do. Typical fraud to steal players' money. Don't play here if you don't have documents they might want.

Won 1200. Expected fast withdrwal as I have seen somewhere that they don't request documents. Well, this information was wrong so they requested documents, confirmed my account and I got money in 3 days.

I can affirm that verification is not compulsory. At least, they didn't request any documents from me though I've been playing here for a while. And this is the thing I like about dunder - no verification and fast withdrawals.

Fair and trustworthy. That's what I have to say about Dunder. They never delay payouts and resolve any issues quickly with the help of their friendly support. And, of course, enormous number from many different providers.

Verification takes too long. They are fair and pay in the end and when you have your account verified, withdrawals become fast but before that they will make you pass through hell if you don’t have scans in best possible quality. I sent them my docs 3 or 4 times before they finally accepted them. At first they didn’t like the quality, then they could see top line of my passport, then something else… it was hard but now I enjoy playing here as they have many games and some deposit promos – they give nice packs of free spins in some of their best games for relatively small deposits and that’s perfect.

I made a deposit using my VISA card and requested withdrawal to the same card. They rejected it because it wasn’t signed on the back side though other casinos accepted this card without asking a question. It’s okay but it was really bad that they didn’t inform me about their decision – no email, nothing. Normally, casinos send you emails saying that your documents were approved/rejected, but not Dunder. I had to send them 3 emails before they finally gave me the reason. So the communication at Dunder is not the best. And it may be better to verify your account before you start playing there so you won’t have issues like that.
