Do you think changing size of bet per spin can affect winning?

I see on streams a lot of player trying to change their betsize per spin, from time to time. Like for example, if he just had a lot of empty spins, he then raises the bet, because it's more likely the winning spin will come soon, and it does makes sense to me, what do you think?

that's a very popular theory, which, in practice is completely false. it doesn't matter if you change the size of your bet or not, the expected value of every spin is the same, the more you bet, the more casino earns, that's just how it is.

My friend worked in offline casino and he told me that there are different programs of each bet at offline pokies. At least, for example, there are some videopoker games that has some jackpot, and the ammount of jackpot changes when you change a bet. That confirms that changing of bet does some influance.

Perhaps this is applicable only to jackpots games

Never thought about it. I guess in modern online pokies the bet ammount will not influance on result. It must be random.
