Running around with betspin

    I'm running around with the verification of my account 3rd day. Sum of withdrawal 5700e. Was thinking its good casino but cannot do anything with them. At the verification page states: " we shall approve uploaded documents within 1-3 hours". Wtf.

    did you play without bonuses? have no multiple accounts? played only pokies?

    if so I think they are just draging time, I thought this was a legit casino, sum of payout is not that big really.

    Yeps, I think they just take their time. But, I've set up loss limit, as well, lol.

    this will surely affect their rating at slotrunners.com, I mean the time of withdrawal processing.

    imo all these "up to 48 hours for withdrawals/verification" etc. should be left in the past, decent casinos should work swiftly, and it's good not only for players but for casinos too as the players will deposit more willingly when they know that if they win they will get their cashout fast.

    Wrote to askgamblers. It will be reviewed 48 hours (WTF). Betspin had rejected all my documents and asked to upload them again lol. I have setup loosing limit so they will have to pay me.

    stay strong and don't remove the losing limit :D
    yeah, askgamblers takes up to 48 hours or something to review a complaint

    They have approved same docs. Waiting for money now. I have 30 days limit. Frankly its very strange. Was sure that Guts, Betspin and Rizk are the leaders of the industry.

    I like all casinos in that group. most of them are legit. but I know that dunder for example lets some streamers to stream with "fake" nonwithdrawable money.

    I asked manager - he should come here and reply, otherwise we will decrease the rating (withdraw speed) of this casino
