Oshi Casino - din't pay cashback (1200€)

At 17 of december i made deposit 6000 euro and lost it. Today is 25 of december and i didn't recieve any cashback bonuses, according to casino rules i should recieve a 20% cashback (1200 euro) on my acccount.

I am a normal player, not abuser or scammer, i just played pokies and want to recieve my cashback, because it was the main factor, why i made deposit.

Hi Audrey,

We haven't launched cashback quite yet. We wrote up the terms and conditions on the website just so we had all of that covered, but we haven't got the cashback structure fully finalised yet.

I know it's something a lot of people want and so were making it a priority to get it live as soon as possible. Annoyingly, I can't give an exact date when it's going to go live because there are quite a lot of technical issues we have to get right in order to make the system work properly.

LOL that is ridiculous, they put up a rule at terms and conditions, but haven't actually launched cash back! they should definitely pay then, not paying here is unacceptable. casino should pay for their own mistakes, not the player.

I'd stay away from this casino. I see they already have one unsolved complain at askgambers, this is a telling.
