    I saw a game at pokerstars where you get dealt 7 cards and make a pick of two to discard. After you get paid based on your hand rank.

    What is the name of this game? Do you know any other casino where I can find this game?

    Do you know Ultimate Texas Holdem? You can place side bets there that sounds like the same thing. I guess payouts are different, but you're making your best 5 card hand out (7 combined in your hand and the board).

    I remember Full Tilt Poker had such kind of a game to play for bonus tokens.

This poker solver is used for the analysis of the game on the preflop in Holdem. I've been using it for about a month and have improved my skills can bet middle limits now.
