I got accussed of "fraudulent actions against payment system" while all I ever did were like 2 deposits with Paysafecard and I even managed to withdraw once after I got a little lucky on pokies, but when I wanted to do that for the second time they asked me for documents. I provided them all of those after some time and then got the mentioned email. Now, they blocked me out of live chat and don't reply to my emails anymore, not to mention my funds got confiscated! Can you imagine that? I've never experienced a similar thing at any other casino.
